BMW Intranet Icons
Icons made on a freelance basis for BMW Financial Services’ intranet.
Made in Photoshop.
Icons were created using stock badge icons which fit the client’s desired base appearance and were then edited to match BMW’s styling guidelines.
Badges were designed to fit within 3 award categories, with more differentiation in the One Award, Roundel Award, and Anniversary badges, as these are the most prestigious awards of those being given icons.
As the intranet was still in development, icons were designed to be legible and contain adequate design levels at multiple sizes.
Iterations upon year-based icons were created to ensure that they will be usable for the foreseeable future.
